I'm more unsure about Inner Sanctuary than Ally. I would replace it with Blinding Flash, Serenity, or the Kick since we may need more damage now since the spirit generating attacks were nerfed in the last patch. You're also missing a mobility skill so that may be an issue eventually. Diablo is about moving and killing fast and Sanctuary seems to be fighting against that idea. With Flash and Serenity you can remain mobile.
I just think that the style of Diablo 3 isn't suited for Inner Sanctuary from what I have seen so far. There is a video of it versus the Skeleton King and he completely ignores it, so against bosses I would prefer some way to get away from the boss quickly or else turn on Serenity to avoid the damage entirely because Sanctuary will do little but provide the rune buff of your choice. Blinding Flash too won't do anything against a boss, but overall I think it will be many times more useful. Hopefully Blizzard will make each skill viable, but history has shown that it is damn near impossible; some skills will be more useful than others. If the skill was changed so that nothing got through it (magic, projectiles), then it would be 10 times better, as you could use it to shield yourself from a ton of ranged enemies while killing off the enemies near you. But Serenity already does that, with a smaller duration, but you're still mobile.
Even the base EP is better.- SSS is terrible with this patch's change. Its barely worth it considering the only benefit is that the monk goes invulnerable for the duration of the ability. Aside from that you could do way more damage by actually having access to your skills by not using SSS.- Not sure why you need Inner Sanctuary at all, especially with a golden rune.- Mystic Ally = doodoo- Mantra of Evasion is novel but you have no other dodge boosting abilities.- Your choices for your first two passives are really bad. At the higher levels, Transcendance will not heal you for much and Chant of Resonance is terrible.Overall I think there is simply a lack of synergy with your build. Nothing seems to complement each other, leaving the build with lots of flaws and weaknesses. Theres also no mobility since you decided not to take Dashing Strike or Tempest Rush.My suggestion: Pick one skill/concept/idea and build around it. For example I really like Wave of Light. To make a build for WoL I will choose A B C D E to complement it so I get maximum efficiency while maintaining a good amount of mobility/defense/utility at the same time.
